	Sun Sea Sand SALSA! The ultimate package holiday for Salsa lovers everywhere on the stunning Greek island of Kefalonia. 7 nights 3* Bed & Breakfast Accommodation, return flights, transfers to and from the airport and professional tuition from our expert Salsa teachers. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn to dance whilst you enjoy a fabulous holiday, or a more advanced dancer who wants to share their passion for salsa with other like-minded people, Sun Sea Sand Salsa is for you.

	Classes are spread over 5 days, with a party night on your last night with us giving you a chance to dance the night away and maybe win one of our fun spot prizes! Our team of teachers will ensure you dance with others at the same level of expertise as yourself, no partner is required, so if you and a friend want to come and enjoy your holiday together without having dance partners – no problem! Single rooms are available at a supplement, please contact us for details. The hotel is family run, with a friendly team of staff who are more than willing to assist you whilst you are with us. Dietary requirements need to be advised at time of booking please. There is also a weekly BBQ (additional charge payable) with live entertainment.

	Unlike most Salsa holidays advertised on the internet Sun Sea Sand SALSA! includes return flights from the UK. The price shown includes flights from London Gatwick airport, there is a small supplement for other UK airports, please contact us for current prices. Coach transfers to the hotel are also included in the price. You will receive a course completion certificate on your last night with us, and we even give you a goodie bag to take away with you when you leave!

Whatever your level of interest or skill in salsa dance Sun Sea Sand SALSA 2010 is for you.

From complete beginner to those with extensive experience you will have the time of your life on this holiday!

From your first lesson, our incredible salsa teachers, with their unique approach to dance tuition, will take you from where you are now to somewhere you probably didn’t think possible(at least as far as your Salsa dancing is concerned!)

For ease the workshops are divided into the following groups:-

A - Anyone without prior knowledge of Salsa

B - Anyone wishing to build on the basics, those who have done at least 6 lessons in Salsa

C - Anyone with a basic knowledge of how to lead and/or follow simple sequences

D - Anyone with a year of Salsa experience wishing to take their dance to a whole new level

Paul & Lindsay Newton-Palmer SALSA DANCE SPECIALISTS


		Jamaican-born Paul and Scottish-born Lindsay, live in the UK and dance all around the world. They met on the dance floor and have been dancing as Ballroom and Latin partners since 1996. From competitive dancing to performing stage and screen (including the long-running BBC Salsa interlude), their dance career evolved into specializing in Latin dance forms, in particular the Salsa. By popular demand, the pair took to teaching and established the EZYFEET DANCE SCHOOL teaching Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton, Zouk, Kizomba, Cumbia and Argentine Tango, to name a few.

		The Ezyfeet approach to Salsa is unique and benefits from years of experience presenting the dance and we are very proud to have secured their expertise for your Sun Sea Sand SALSA holiday. Ezyfeet sessions progressively take a dancer from one level to another, paying good attention to building good technique and personal style, underlined with fun-fun-fun. As their slogan tells you.

YOUR HOTEL

	Our beautiful 3* hotel (newly refurbished for 2010) based on the outskirts of Skala is reserved exclusively for the use of Sun Sea Sand SALSA guests during your stay. Our minibus runs in and out of the village all day, and it’s just a 6 minute walk down to the nearest beach - Mounda, the world famous turtle beach. Every room boasts a stunning view over the Ionian Sea to neighbouring Zakynthos Island.

	Your package is on a Bed & Breakfast basis, rooms are either twin or double and contain a fridge, en-suite shower room, plenty of storage space and either a balcony or ground floor seating area. Higher floors can be reached by a lift. Breakfast is continental, with fresh breads, cereals, fruit, cooked meats, tea, coffee, toast and fresh juices available on a buffet basis.

The hotel is set in it’s own grounds, surrounded by olive trees You can relax in our wonderful garden and enjoy some home made food from our snack bar, or take time out on the sunbeds by the pool. Our snack bar is open 11.30am – 6pm and features a variety of choices and a daily homecooked special.

The well stocked bar is situated just by the pool area, with a selection of cocktails, beers, wine and spirits all at very competitive prices.

During your salsa workshops, we provide water and soft drinks free of charge!

KEFALONIA

As the largest of the Ionian Islands, Kefalonia is widely renowned for it’s lush natural beauty, mountainous landscapes and crystal clear waters. Ravaged by an earthquake in 1953, the island boasts a rich history and was the location for the filming of the movie “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin” during 2000.

The island is famous for it’s produce – local honey and olive oil are celebrated around the world, with olive picking season (November – January) involving entire communities.

Your Salsa holiday is based on the outskirts of Skala on the South East coast, the island’s premier resort. Skala maintains a traditional Greek village feel, with a central community square, church and local school, however it caters for holidaymakers with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and tavernas along the main high street.

You can visit the historic Roman Villa with it’s mosaic floors, take a stroll up to old village and view the ruins caused by the 1953 earthquake or enjoy time on neighbouring Mounda Beach, the nesting ground for the endangered Caretta Caretta Loggerhead Turtles.
